Grilled on site, our black pepper rubbed choice beef is served with blue cheese butter on top a bed of mashed potatoes and green beans

California Chicken
A Caliente Sisters Classic. Family grown lemons & herbs marinate the chicken, which is grilled on site, dressed with sweet-spicy salsa and served with our cargado couscous and roasted asparagus
