The Caliente Sisters are the Brooks sisters. Born and raised in the San Francisco bay area. We all have our own unique way of looking at food. Some prefer a down home approach others a more exotic flair.

In our house you learned to cook once you could hold a vegetable peeler. Mr. Brooks trained to be a chef a City College of San Francisco. He firmly believed in running his kitchen in the traditional French style. That means one persons in charge and everyone else follows. Some of us did fine be this style other did not. In the end he got what he wanted six chefs.

Now that we are older when have begun to explore the culinary world. And we would love to share that with you at your next event.
